KLZR, the Voice of the Wet Mountain Valley, broadcasts 24/7 and features a variety of music to soothe your soul or make you tap your feet and snap your fingers – including programs curated by local DJs.
The station annually sponsors live music events that brings talent from near and far to entertain. The High Peaks Music Festival every September, Sunday Summer Concerts in the Park, and 2nd Street Block Parties in the spring and fall. The station’s annual fundraising dinner, Taste of the Valley, takes place every August.
KLZR supports the community with news and emergency reports. Each morning weekday the Wet Mountain Wake Up Call brings you news; members can also get a weekday news brief in their email boxes. And, you can meet interesting and influential people in the valley by listening to our Valley Views program.
