The Springstown Shakers
The Springstown Shakers have been to the International Blues Challenge in Memphis TN twice now. First in 2022 representing the Mile High Blues Society based in Denver. And a second time in 2023 representing the Pikes Peak Blues Community out of Colorado Springs. Both trips to Memphis resulted in The Springstown Shakers making it to the semi-final rounds, putting them in the top 25 acts out 200+ from around the world. Together they bring a certain sound to the blues with twists of swamp, rock, funk and soul. If southern fried chicken had a sound it would sound like The Springstown Shakers, greasy with lots of flavor.
