A veteran-owned and operated enterprise that features new gym workout flooring, mirrors, refurbished equipment, free weights, boxing bags, women’s and men’s locker rooms and more. While Factory Fitness is open to the public, the business focuses on veterans, law enforcement, and sports personal fitness. Available programs include individual training, cardio exercise, body conditioning, and boxing. The three primary trainers in attendance are Josh Hicks, Luke Hooks, and Marland Jones, all and each of who are enthusiastic about the venture.
Office hours are 10am to 2pm, Monday through Friday, although members have access to the guys 24 hours a day.
